Buy when there is blood in the streets etc.

Noront has a lot of shares out but they have the goods it appears-Have to wait until the commodities market turns I guess- The Chinese know it is going to turn and have announced they have $200 billion to invest in to hedge funds- but they are only looking to invest in a few- or in a 'fund of funds'
