What is 'Material' Information

Which must promptly be release to investors? To a large extent it is what Noront Management decide is Material as likely to substantially change market perception of value.

This means they will have to report visual on any lengthy strike at depth under E1. Chromite they can get away with downplaying a bit but anything like FWR's 194 meter strike length sure would be 'material' to me.

Of course any jv or buy in would be immediately released.

The nitty gritty for we long investors is all the drilling for which assays haven't been received. Are these material until they are all, or a number of them, plotted and their significance decided upon? Noront obviously thinks not and the longer they stall or 'take their time' the more we all suffer as the Market has to assume nothing great, read MATERIAL, has been found.

Day traders, shorts and market makers are having a ball making money while we sweat it out. No wonder legit longer term investors are sitting back and not inclined to participate in what could be a 'rigged' game.
