Cavedave, you say, "What makes you say that this CEO "will build a mine"?

In this CEO's bio as presented in the press release it says, "Wes brings invaluable knowledge and experience in the development of mines from feasibility to commissioning"

What would be the siggnificance in putting this in the press release, unless mine building was a possiblility/option.
