Hope I'm not sounding too critical this morning BUT why on earth would Probe wish to give Noront an interest in those returned claims?

We've had a pretty reasonable explaination that the jv was done to settle with Noront over legal questions Noront had with Probe. That's a done deal and it's hard to see why Probe would be interested in giving up any further interests.

Some seemed to think the Probe jv with Noront heralded some kind of 'consolidation' in ROF when the answer was far more mundane and simple.
