Sorry but just couldn't let your post stand without comment.

Zimbabwe is a failed state experiancing inflation that is beyond belief. The comments made by a Minister of that Government just can't be taken seriously. Totally ridiculous statements made as to current price of Chromite being good, ability to help smaller miners build their own smelters etc. etc.
