Perhaps at one time when NOT was the darling of the ROF. Presently there is too much dirt, manipulation and mistrust in this stock to get that kind of sp attention. Couple the former with the fact that NOT is not a producer but still an explorer. Should we put out spectacular news or a major decided to get involved, that would have a much more likely affect on the sp. It would add the trust factor back into this company or at least the value the major would be putting in NOT by becoming affiliated. It would take more than the simple increase in a commodity price which presently bears no relationship to what NOT is doing/providing at the moment. Just my opinion.
