Yes I read your posting as indicating it was Nemis who made the 'statement'. If it was Probe then yes a strong case could be made but depending upon what value was put on claims at that time and nature of action taken and advice given and status of discussion it could still involve expensive court action to settle.

We'll never know because current management won't tell us nor even acknowledge that the jv deal was the result of a dispute and this was the way to settle it out of court.
