With due respect Poly,there would not have been a law suit,as NOT had a legal document in their possession ,signed by the past President that they,Probe did in fact stake the said land with info supplied to them by NOT while the two companies were in talks Harry Hodge was there at the time,so ther would not have been a law suit.
