... if it is THAT difficult to find a new CEO !

It´s ridiculous that this was one of the main reasons for the proxy fight last year and yet "our interims-team" is not able to find a replacement within 8 month (especially with the "so powerful" hedgies backing everything).

If they can´t get it done soon I will start a proxy fight against the current management, I just have to accumulate a little bit more ! LOL

Or maybe we should ask OUR Chairman emeritus to fill in this gap, at least he is someone who is "familiar" with this comapany and could bring in results more quickly than the current team.
