Diversity and Need

All of us have been speculating on the mineral reserves discovered at McFaulds. There is debate regarding who has the best chromite deposits in terms of grades, widths, depths and tonnage. Fact is, the only known entity is Eagle One nickel. We do know there is chrome and we are aware of intercepts and grades at individual drill holes and can guesstimate a trend. However, we don't know enough. FWR and NOT are drilling with several drills each. FWR last PR was six weeks ago, NOT has 50 holes to report. The information we have to take note of is there have been impressive assays and intercepts of Nickel, chrome, copper, vanadium, PGE's, and zinc along the ROF. We have a great diversity of minerals that will take some years to define. There are MMS and VMS deposits and the geology is still being figured out when it comes to faulting, folding, erosion, and original structure. Interpretation of these structural properties may lead us to where the bits and pieces are. Bits and pieces in geological terms are measured in kilometers. We have established the diversity, we need to establish the quantities. Whether you loath our BOD and major shareholders or not, they have shown a commitment to drilling.

There now has to be a need. Not only for the commodities we have but a need create resource jobs in this country. It seems all our resource based industries are in the wilderness and secondary processors like steel mills, car manufacturers etc. are in cities. Mining and forestry industries are not supported but the urban industries are. There has to be a political recognition that forestry and mining are huge employers and create wealth for this country. There has to be a recognition of the value of investing in infrastructure that enables mining companies to continue to produce canadian raw materials and foster Canadian secondary processing. The building of power lines, roads and bridges is a logical step for government that in itself creates jobs and opens up a whole new frontier.
