Message: Suggestion for Access Road

I agree with you both NN and Khareema, to a degree.

What you say Khareema sounds fair on the surface, but how much value does one put on a new mining area that will eventually bring in millions, maybe billions, to governments in taxes and benefits for generations, starting with federal, provincial and local communities with needed employment, healthcare, education. This road would not only service the mining camp, but local communities as well as those that will spring up around the camp once mining is underway. Maybe Sudbury can tell us who benefitted from that first road.

In my opinion the benefits to governments far outweigh the initial cost. I hope the Federal and Provincial governments will see the benefits to be had if they assist with roadbuilding, etc.

Yes, I am being optimistic in that we have a new mining district in the making, or why else have I been hanging on since Sept, 2007 and adding on little by little.

Regards & GLTA
