? Adjusted option price for "old" management ?

Can someone clarify whether there has been an adjustment of the option price for management who have been granted options BEFORE the proxy (Prof. Mungall, Harvey etc., options > $ 3) ?

Because with the recent market downturn I have seen numerous companies which have done just that, adjusted their options for management.

And if not, why has Noront not done it so far ?

It surely is no problem and new management has got cheaper options ($ 0,80) anyway !

Any suggestions ?
