For ending my "strato-in", by releasing some o/s assays over the last few days. And although there isn't nickel news at the moment, the Chromite continues to grow. As Mungall said, they're hitting Chromite everywhere (in the BB area specifically).

Naturally, we all hoped for more news. Like the rumors of that gold hit, weeks back, or the recent rumors of another nickel hit. I still think that there are several assays not released as yet, that will boost the SP. But I also believe that this isn't the time to release that news, with current market conditions.

It's a shame that the guy from Samancor didn't speak (didn't show up ?), as this meeting was hyped with him being a guest speaker. I won't spend any time wondering why he didn't speak or show, as I'd only be guessing. But I am quite sure that the guests in attendance who were looking forward to this guest speaker, were not too happy. Ce La Vie - things change.

Personally, I like the pressure that NOT has put on FWR, with Joe ham's statement about the Chromite being a tough, if not impossible, stand alone operation. The Chromite needs the PGM's to pay for infrastructure, or it's not feasible. And I doubt very much that Joe is just speaking off the cuff here. I am quite sure that his info. is well researched.

And so, that means FWR will undoubtedly have to do the same metallurgical testing of the Chromite, that NOT has done. I'm sure that FWR would rather not have to have done that and would rather sell out the Chromite, without these tests. However, now we are hearing that FWR will be doing a 43-101 on their Chromite. I believe that Mac said at one point not too long ago, that this wouldn't even be necessary and they'd just sell to the major. Well apparently, now it is necessary if they want to compete with NOT and also, FWR will need some Nickel too.

So I'm sort of impressed with the recent activities by NOT. They are making the best of poor market conditions and the SP seems to have some sort of a bottom in, I hope.....

And to The Firm, I thank you for your change of direction. It is a much better path to follow and will only help NOT and it's shareholders, including Retail, which was quoted at 43% of the shareholder base and could very well be more than that now.

I look forward to the next couple of months. The "Strato-In" is over. I'm back and will now be bothering all of you about the 2nd NOT-GOLF Classic. Stay tuned for more irritating Strato-Golf messages ! :-)
