Anybody who takes up the CEO post has the following criteria to meet:

1.Speak diligently with the retail investors..prefer not to speak

2. Bear in mind Noront has two Chairman , has to get consensus first..but they only have one day work together

3.No option at 0.80 cents , the best will be option exercise price of other employee such as John Harvey

4. Know about Chromium mine hopefully better than Dr. Mungall...

5. Good rapport with First Nation hopefully better than NN
