Good question...and I don't know a whole lot about it ....BUT...

this might be of interest...Noranda is/was involved in it ( will have to delve into the details to determine past or present tense) and for those not acquainted with the history of Noront alumni, guess who was with Noranda once upon a time? John Harvey. Seems like the ROF is his ole' stompin grounds, doesn't it?
