Agreed, that the chrome at the ROF is not fully proven yet, but many of us who own stock in NOT, FWR, etc. are speculating that it will be proven.

As far as there being enough supply already, I suggest a look at CMP's post today headed, "Destination Canada". The SA supply may be in jeopardy.
