I thought twice about posting this item originally but the discussion has been excellent, from both sides.

Times are tough and we are now seeing 'in practice' what the whole dollar based budgeting system 'theory' was all about. You have to prioritize every dollar you spend, whether it be business or personal.

Even Tony has not replaced the broken store front window in his office next door. I suspect he is afraid as soon as he fixes it, it will fall victim to another vandal.
