if it is the primary- involved major who is calling the shots these days, i.e. calling for the dropping of Agoracom, lack of NR from BOD ,etc?
Let's face it, a major isn't interested in PR or the advancement of the shareprice ( yet...) The last thing they want is a bidding war, so they sign a LOA with Noront that they will take a certain percentage stake of the shares under the cover of anonymity for now, and agree to cease all PR activities. And then they make it sound like "under these difficult and uncertain economic times, this would benefit all parties greatly" bla bla bla, making it seem like they're lucky to have a suitor at all.
Just my pre-work thoughts for the day...wish I could stick around, but duty calls.
I'm sure there are many other astute observers who can flesh out my rudimentary theory more adequately, and/or poke holes in it.
