Separating assets (from MD&A)

"Over the next year, management of Noront anticipates being able to separate its assets that are outside the Ring of Fire area so as to finance and manage them distinctly from Noront’s primary McFaulds Lake Project." (p. 5)

Does this mean creating a new company for the non-Mcfaulds assets?
