I have it as a pdf file and can't figure out how to send a link. It shows up on Stockwatch and even though it says it's on sedar - as you noticed - it isn't. I have sent it to one of our more brilliant posters to see if he can make it appear - I have spent half an hour trying to do it with my very limited capabilities and can't figure it out. It's a very interesting document - 45 pages long.
