Noront providing investment advice? Huh?

The following is noted on the Noront web site. Does it strike anyone else as being a little weird?

It sounds to me as if NOT is going to be giving out Investment advice ! Investment advice! Why wouldn't Management be stating that they will be presenting the fabulous story of NOT's exploration activities... not investment advice! Am I missing something?
