How many times can Assays be assayed and reassayed?!

Hi all

Does anyone else feel that NOT's assays are being shuffled back and forth betwen 2 or more Labs, allowing for some convenient "stall" time...?!!

Maybe the Company does need more time to analyse things, and has determined it is best to lay low for as long as possible ,considering the global financial mess and commodity downturn.

Fine, this may be the best procedure temporarily, but it is urgent to tell shareholders that this is the case...assays are being reevaluated over and over, and drills are drilling... However, there must be some kind of deadline for Assay accounting and CEO announcements etc. or confidence in the Company's story is diminished.

I believe Rodg45 suggested that the BOD provide assay results and news to us shareholders by no later than May l5. I agree with him. I'm already concerned that the long delay is more than mysterious, but surely another 6 weeks is more than ample to report to us. The stock price will continue to deteriorate if we lose any more trust in this new BOD.

C'mon NOT BOD, your silence is deafening, and weakening the great NOT story. We should hear from you imminently, but surely by May l5.

cheers,

Jacki79
