Prices "make major upswing" for some of the base metals that just happen to be what Noront is discovering in high grades at the ROF. Comment by analyst Ovid Abrams, in Platts Metals Week, is:

"Industrial commodities are perking up -- copper is up and
platinum and palladium are up because of the belief that the economy will
rebound sooner than earlier thought."
