Great post Rodg. After Aurelian and Noront last year, plus HudBay as of late, companies are no longer able to conduct business without regard for all shareholders.

It doesn't mean that shareholders have a say in every matter - but they do have a say in important matters and they will mobilize if they have to.

On that note, was there any further work done on the DATES recommendation I made last week?
