Even the DOZER thing was due to the former BoD, namely the Richard Nemis BoD, now of old!

As best anyone can tell, other than doing a LOW BALL UNNEEDED PP and giving themselves SWEET Options for doing nothing much other than creating a MESS of themselves and public perception of the Company, the current BoD is continuing to fulfill the main OBJECTIVES of the Former BoD.
