Thanks for the excellent response (I agree re financing) but there may be those that suspect that the Rosseau group were mad about the JV's in the first place (it was on their manifesto) and this is a convenient way to get those properties back in 100% NOT hands and all they had to do was drill a couple of shallow holes.

Any others willing to comment.
