One doesn't need to be around "since the beginning" to understand issues or situations. Careful, thoughtful analysis as Hoov has demonstrated on this forum since he got involved goes much farther than being around from the start.

I'm all for giving "whomever" the opportunity to enhance the value of our investment; but, at the same time I won't be wearing any rose coloured glasses.
