And though Important, where does "Off Topic" Posting belong?

Specific Noront Resources Posting and Matters General to the Exploration Situation and Economic Environment impacting the Health and Prospects of OUR Notont Resources Investment, for the most part, I consider relevant to the main "Discussion Forum".

Matters of Policing Procedure, HUB Development, and Information Maintenance, while I do think is important, (and needs to have the selection of a few willing HUB Learers, so as to conduct and control this Basic Business on such a dynamic HUB as this HUB just happens to be) the process of Organizing this HUB Operational Business is, to me, "Off Topic" as pertains to the Primary Activity(s)/Objectives/Intent of this main "Discussion Forum". Thus not relevant to the main "Discussion Forum".

Conesquently, could all those involved in working out the "Nuts and Bolts" of this "Off Topic", though Important Matter(s)/Issue(s) PLEASE take this "Off Topic" Work to the proper location. That being the "Off Topic" Forum.
