The trick is to know when to change from one..... to the other. Too much time on the one may render the other impotent if not impossible. I believe that the BOD should know that we are prepared to move if need be. I think the move should be prepared for and anticipated as a possibility but not without due consideration. It should be done in a businesslike fashion and as a tool to motivate responsible management from a BOD. They should know that there are others waiting in the wings to occupy their chairs and they have to earn the privilege of maintaining them. If a BOD can't deliver then they should be removed. If they can't take the heat for the big bonuses they get then they should find another place to be.

Here is a simple fact: 10's of thousands of investors know the posters on this board. If a number of them chose to be participants for the next slate of BOD's, they already have much of their campaign underway. This would have to be of considerable concern for relatively unknown current BOD members. Let's see, just to pick a name out of the blue...... how many of you would have trouble electing Hoov to the BOD? He'd get my vote in a heartbeat because of his extensive knowledge. Individuals on this site could actually campaign on a daily basis to thousands of investors. An interesting thought yes?
