This does not mean a damn thing, it was just a polite way of giving him the way out and the finger! Do you really think this "Gang" will ask him anything relative to NOT. Their massive Ego's will not allow this.

If we want to get representation on the Board we can submit a name for the slate at the AGM and then we can all give that person our proxy to vote the way we want, the snag is if he/she was elected they would give him/her a hard time at board meetings and no one would want to expose our represenative that treatment.

The only way when something is rotten is to get rid of the cause, most times you will find a little maggot (or parissoto, Whoops! I meant parasite) in the core that you did not realize was there!

The "Key" here is percentages, if we had enough we could achieve a BOD change but the question arises who would we replace them with? Only Richard Nemis could assemble a new board in my opinion. Therein lies the answer!
