Good post Rodg. The termination of Agoracom, as many have said, does not stop our communication with each other. It does, however, crystalize the message that they have no interest in communicating with us via any format other than by the Firm, which chooses to speak in tongues, or by public dissemination which offers no shareholder value. Their grave mistake was to underestimate a very well educated group of posters and to demonstrate their contempt for us, thereby demonstrating a lack of business finesse on their part. We have seen them twitch. They are not impervious. The NOT board is something new. They haven't dealt with an entity like this one before. The economic times are different, the magnifying glasses are out, the variables are not as predictable as they once were. No one can predict the outcomes...... no one. Only a fool would assume. Quite frankly, though there may be posturing, I don't believe they are making assumptions. Properly conducted, we are a force with significant power to affect change. They have to know that.... they've seen it. We are more experienced now and so are they. Who will bring the superior weapons to bear if we come to blows?
