This brings up a question in general about the board. Can share holders remove a board/ board member at any time or is it only done at an AGM?

For example if a person with real money was able to accumlate 51% of the shares through various friends and family. Could he just walk into NOT on monday with some kind of legal document saying he represents the majority of share holders and your fired?
