I've been out all evening, and haven't read others posts... I am outraged at the BOD 's decision, but not surprised. Many of us felt the abuse of shareholders and the new BOD'S ARROGANCE OF POWER from day one ,and we were often criticized for critizing them! Well, being nice and respectful didn't help us, did it?

George, you ask WHY?

Quick simple answer for me...They (the new BOD and select Institutions) are threatened by us in their attempt to sell us out for a quick buck. They dumped Richard and us because integrity and truth made them uncomfortable and impotent. Richard was too much the gentleman ,and thus, rather easily betrayed.

AGORACOM provided the arena for the "Underdogs" to challenge them. They never forgave us for winning the proxy battle. Institutions now control this new BOD, and I believe they will try and sell us for peanuts if given the chance. Shareholders don't matter.

Let's stay united as family. Someday we will all matter in a big way. I'm hoping to read a post tonight that will be encouraqing for us, and outline a Plan of action against these Weasels. Sadly, we are very vulnerable.
