Does that mean that the new CEO would be from out of the country? South Africa, Russia, Finland?

The mining industry in Canada has by definition its own set of unique characteristics and perhaps experience of those factors would be more important than understanding the chrome market.

The skill of preparing the development of Noront from an exploration company to the stage of being ready to be sold to a producer would seem to be of primary importance.
