Some of you might be interested in what Raymond James (Canada) has on the web.

At the top of their page is a COMMENTARY link. Go to it, and look at the Canadian Commentary. Go to the Equity Research Monthly Digest for January 2009, page 9, Natural Resources/Mining.

Unfortunately the three Raymond James analysts have no ROF plays. Their 6-12 month target prices, however, are interesting. Look at the multiple baggers. Clearly they feel that the upside of their mining plays is looking strong.

This info, though, doesn't tell us anything about what Raymond James is doing on the TSX. But my guess is that they are just "playing" for their customer. That's all. Unless I'm missing something, their analysts are not deeply interested in the ROF at this time. IMHO
