John,

When I call Joanne she picks up the phone and talks to me. She will clarify any information already made public. She will not give me any information that is not in the public domain. I don't have a problem with the rules.

When I'm looking for rumors I call the other players in the ROF. They sometimes give me information that is not in the public domain. These are small companies willing to stretch the rules to attract investors. You can rest assured that if I post this information on Agoracom the relationship will end quickly.

If you want information that is not in the public domain then call people who are willing to break the rules.
