Thank you for your posts, CMP. Near the end you state that Richard would take the risk to give statements. From my understanding, Richard was a lawyer and had years of experience, so we can all be sure he knew what he could say and what he could not. I believe this present board is just being vindictive because they were denied what they set out to do with the proxy fight. Richard got us the best deal he could, but it wasn't what these people wanted. So our world isn't what we'd like, nor is it what we deserve. But that's the way it is. We all know what's there and that it is being drilled. I'd like the news in a timely fashion as much as any. That way we can watch our investment closely. This is the way it should work. However, in these markets, news coming in a timely fashion probably wouldn't do us a whole lot of good. Investment money is scared and hard to find. So there is no urgency for anyone to invest or chase a stock. Sooner or later these people will have to release the results. Hopefully, it will come at a time when markets are more hopeful and improving. In the meantime I wait like all the rest of us. Our next ray of hope is the new CEO. Perhaps when he comes on the scene he will have more respect for shareholders. Regardless of the outcome, this group here is the best at finding news and helping everyone understand its importance.
