Analysis of a basher- hope you'll indulge us rook

Now, I don't know that rook is a basher for a fact and I wish him only the best as a person whether he is or not....but here is my analysis of his post as it could be interpreted by one looking for questionable motives. The following is only my opinion:

Firstly I have noticed over time that bashers seem to like to include a dubious nature to their "handles", like criminals leaving clues intentionally. Rook's name, although known as a chess piece, also means cheat or swindler. As for the post...

"Could FWR be subject to a proxy fight just like what happened to NOT?" Does anyone know what % institution holds?"

Phase one....create doubt and fear by drawing comparisons with other company situations though they be apples and oranges. The fear overrides intelligent analysis and impacts sound decision making. Instead of the poster simply calling the company and asking, he/she decides to offer this to the posting community laden with tones of worry. The fear works like a virus on the reader.

"Seems like Mac is of the same breed as Nemis and look what happened to him"

More fear but now the poster uses our affection/admiration to manipulate investors into assuming what happens to one will happen to another because they are the "same breed". What does he/she base this possibility on?...just because they are the same breed? What does he mean by breed? They are nice guys? Do they operate their business in the same fashion? Do they have the same business plan? Are they an explorer whose interest it is to sell or do they contemplate taking it to the mining stage?

Finally the poster spins the complete package into a negative tone. So what happened to Nemis? The question is left unanswered leaving the reader to assume that it's all bad. As it stands, Nemis is gainfully involved in the ROF and still has great stake in NOT. The final advantage/disadvantage to preceding events is still being written though there are many, to the posters advantage, that through fearful interpretations have likewise determined that it wasn't the best situation. The use of the word "proxy" certainly has a bad taste to most though we may yet find that it leads us to the very place we envisioned being, though we may not want to golf with the BOD..... but then again.... at another time...we might.....once we understand the whole story. No promises.

The original question isn't without it's merits as all possibilities should be considered however unlikely. Having said that, it is how questions are couched that makes all the difference in the world as to how they are taken. Let me rephrase the original question so that it is benign in emotional nature and takes on a more fact finding tone:

"Does anyone know the relative percentages of institutional/retail holdings? I'm considering our position should we wind up in voting scenario."

I don't think there is anyone here left in doubt as to what I'm talking about but notice the lack of hype and emotion and the quest for facts.

Hope this helps in some regard.
