But is this as much to do with the idea that Some Private Capital Group(s) want to CONTROL All and are making one "Last Stitched Effort" to have Governance (of ALL manner of Governance) buckle to their whims?

Would these Private Capital Privateers be much better off "Getting With the PROGRAM" as opposed to seeking TOTAL CONTROL by desires to RULE FROM UPON HIGH, and without much needed ACCOUNTABILITY?

Is what we are seeing as much to do with Politics and Someone's veiled threats to WRECK ALL if they do not get their way?

Best you focus on what Governance can and can not ALLOW to Happen?
