Could one or more of our PDAC Attendees kindly raise the following Items/Issues with our Esteemed Directors in attendance at this Conference.

Noront Resources Equity Positions: Are/Is each individual Director considering Buying Noront Resources Shares in the Open Market for their own Account. And to follow up regardless of the response given, which will give much insight into each individual Director's perspective on this company regardless of how each answer the question, could the individual(s) asking the question inquire as to the rational for doing as each individual Director states in responding to the first question. Thus, further insight to each Directors perspective on this company.

Noront Resources Vision moving Forward: Only after posing the above question could the PDAC attendee(s) then (later of as a direct follow-up to the first item) inquire about Noront Resources VISION for the foreseeable future. Do they intend to continue following Richard Nemis's Vision as has been the case to date? Or are they making/planning, as yet unstated, thought through changes and or alterations to this Vision. Either which way each Director may respond, more follow-up could centre on how much each Director will be looking to the Incoming NEW CEO to either maintain the current direction and basic Vision or Work to make Alterations or Hole Sale changes to the Current Noront Resources VISION. Then followed up with queries on WHY and for What Reasons/Considerations each Director is continplating as they are. Example: Does each Director expect or will they seek to have the NEW CEO do minor and/or major overhalling in current Operations. And why and what are their considerations for having each's Personal View on any such matters brought up in the conversation.

All responses should be very interesting to read about, and also provide much needed insight and better comprehension as to where we, as a Company, may he heading.
