I have to say that the last 2 posts, by Donypee and Mustangman were excellent reads. Each of them in their own way describe the reasons it is so nice to be part of this forum. Information, provided in logical sequence that can but help to improve everyones knowledge here, is what it is all about. Helping others to understand points that are unclear to them, and learning in the process.

One thing that deserves special mention is Dony's suggestion that, if possible, he wants to get one on one with management and encourage their participation in this forum. The road issue is a prime example of something that they could lend their support to, and with the expertise that has been shown here, simply sit back and watch as it progressed. This is something that could be the beginning of a greater effort to nurture positive results going forward, rather than the constant whinning, which although it may allow the poster to get some weight off his chest, really accomplishes nothing long term.
