TD keep the price at 0.84 most of the day. Just has ITG past throwght the TD 0.84$ wall to reach 0.85$ and have the ask at 0.86$, Raymond James restart selling agressively in the last 2 minutes. Than he drop about 50,000 shares to bring the price from 0.85 to 0.82$ in the last 50 secondes.
