And this was the common sentiment in Southern Ontario from the 1980's up to a few years ago. Can't say it has diminished much in the last few years. However, seeing as I am no longer in them parts to be so directly exposed to the Local Mantra I have no idea how strongly it is hanging on with the Locals.
