Message: Re: TSX-V rules on what is meant by "material" and "timely" - Ambiguity

Hoov - I appreciate you bringing these TSX-V regs to everyone's attention, and it is obvious that you've really looked into this, and studied the foundational rules on this. It is always important to "know the law" relating to whatever one might be doing.

Having read the language, I would say that it is apparent to me that the guys who drafted this "Timely Disclosure Policy" did such a poor job as to leave lots of "obscurity" and "ambiguity" so that any lawyer worth half his salt, and even clever laymen, can find in this language ways to avoid all kinds of reporting.

Maybe Crazydik will read this and provide his assessment of the language, as he has admitted to being a lawyer, and a Canadian lawyer at that!
