Stainless Steel in Hotels

Just read an article that mentioned Westin Hotels (Starwood Resorts & Hotels) launched an eco-friendly hotel named, Element By Westin. It debuted in Lexington, Mass., last summer and opened a location in Toronto in Decemebr/2008.

Amongst the many eco-friendly improvements were, energy efficient stainless steel appliances in all guest rooms. I would imagine that many other hotels are heading in the eco-friendly direction, or have already done so.

Stainless steel - can't survive without it.
