Just a few final comments about todays interview if I may..then I will move on.

1. Neither Hamilton or Parisoto is CEO so lets assume they (the BOD)are trying to recruit a CEO that has the ability to Manage the Mining side of the business as well as the Investor/Public relations side in a "Professional" manner. It is the BOD that will be selecting the new CEO not Mut and Jeff.

2. The world is amazed to see the professional manner in which Barack Obama is conducting affairs in the USA. This compared to his predicessor. No matter who he is talking to he is respectful and never rises in anger. He extends a hand of friendship to everyone including his enemys. Not many can even understand his genius. Perhaps this will be the same comparison between our current CEO's and the new one. It seems to be the comparison between them and the previous one. So lets try to keep things in that perspective and await the replacement.

3. I agree with HOOV &Kareema and others who say that all the CEO's needed to do today was be human & honest and tell it the way it is. They didn't need to break any confidentialities. For example when asked about the new CEO all they had to do was say that several interviews have been conducted and we now have a short list...or whatever the truth is. Instead their answer was dismissive...something to the affect that it is for us to know and you to find out. I think we have seen enough of Obama to know how he would have handled it...but then again we are not dealing with people with that level of intellect and ability.

4. We the shareholders are the reason why NOT has the money to do the drilling and stay in business. We have the right to know what is going on. For example what has happened to the assays that have been in the pipeline for weeks and months. Perhaps there are valid reasons for not disclosing these results. As others have said all they needed to do is give us an answer without letting out any secrets. At least they could have acknowedged that the assays are in the pipeline and that we should have expected results by now. We are all grown ups and we know that Murphy's Law applys to everything...even assay results. Just be open enough to acknowledge that everyone is anxiously awaiting news.
