however, I do know for sure it is not always so. I have it from a very reliable source that a CEO from another co. (a gold explorer) has said.. "we release what we want to release, everything else stays with us"

if this is the way business is done, there is nothing we can do about it. after all, we can't proof anything to the contrary.
