Windfall failed to deliver. It does not matter what words are used to describe the situation.

"Place under care and maintenance."

"We will look at when the market is more favorable."

Windfall failed to produce the results necessary to continue the operation in this current market environment. The company is not playing games with investors. IMHO if Windfall showed signs of readily accessible gold we would be working on this project. Windfall is of no value to us at the moment. It's nice to state 52.30 grams per ton but the reality is it's not there. As an investor in NOT Windfall is dead in my eyes.
