Hi Roos and all,

This is a great Idea here and I support this endeavour. However, I have had a death in the family (my 90 year old grandmother...it was expected and she is in a better place now) so I will not be able to contribute to this over the weekend as I have to travel for the funeral. I will be back on Monday and look forward to some meaningful discussion on this new approach to management.
