when the players want them to go up and not before. I spent the aft. watching a battle of the titans trading UUU which totally exemplified the game. There was tremendous cross selling moving the sp up as well as those working to keep it down. Phenomenal drives in both directions with of course the regulars. Needless to say there were regular trades at work as well as the players. It was something to behold watching forces move an sp up, buying through the lowering asks, something we haven't seen around here in a long while. I look forward to the same for the ROF.
